As a Senior UX Designer, you will improve our product's chances for success by designing considering the user's perspective. You will work on wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for websites; however, spend most of the time researching, testing, and validating.

Responsibilities Includes
1) Researching, conceptualizing and implementing a great user experience and the corresponding user interface that would make complex problems and features seem simple for the end users
2) Visualizing advanced applications’ flow and creating storyboards for various user persona
3) Conducting competitor analysis that will help innovate the UX design
4) Wireframing and prototyping
5) Development planning, testing, and iteration
6) Taking complex algorithmic results and converting them into intuitive web-apps and mobile apps for users
7) Accumulating industry data and statistics to learn more about the audience and their preferences
8) Working with the engineering and research team to best create flows and products for a large audience.

The Successful Applicant must have:
1) Experience with mobile and/or web-based product design.
2) Must have experience of atleast 3 years as a Product (UI/UX) designer.
3) Illustrates and presents design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis.
4) Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals.
5) Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools.
6) Background and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
