The Product
Social Chat is a ML-driven intelligent shopping solution that recreates a personalized, in-person shopping experience through interactive videos and live streams. The product enables brands to build direct relationships with customers and captures 1st party data to increase conversion and to close the purchase loop through precision retargeting.
The Team
The team built the growth function at Wish, a shopping platform serving 1M+ merchants and 100M+ monthly active shoppers. These same talents also helped companies like Pinterest, Shopify, Spring, and Twitch optimize their user and revenue growth engines.
The Role
You’ll make a significant impact on the product roadmap and fundamentally change the user shopping experiences for our brand partners. You’ll work from the deep analytics and models to infrastructure that serves content to optimize user shopping experiences via beautiful widgets
You’ll be doing:
● Integrating with different marketing and ecommerce platforms
● Building high-quality interactive video shopping experiences
● Public API for our users to customize the product on their sites
● Analytics and user profiling of shoppers
● Own entire development of product features starting from design, implementation, to release
It's Important That You Have
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
● 3+ years of experience in design, development, testing, and improving fullstack systems and architectures
● Experiences in Python, Javascript, CSS and at least one frontend framework such as React, Angular, or similar
● Problem solving skills that enables you to unblock yourself effectively
● Ownership of the product that you develop
● Adaptability and willingness to try new ways of doing things, with the ability to learn from failures
