About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry and a proven Account Executive to join TULU’s growing Sales team. As an Account Executive you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle and own the client relationship from lead cultivation to closing. You will be negotiating and closing deals with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry, and become their point of contact for all things TULU, pre-closing. About You
You’re creative in mind and a true hustler in soul, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for selling real-life products. You love to be measured by your results, know what success looks like, and you’ll be restless until you achieve it. You’re comfortable with rejection (although you won’t come across it much) and know what it takes to meet and exceed quotas. You thrive in a fast-paced ever changing environment, while still keeping focus on yours and the team's overall goals. You enjoy working hard and most importantly, you have fun doing it. You also have:
- At least 3 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Experience in Prop-Tech startup is a plus)
- Experience in lead qualification / demand generation
- Experience doing all levels of cold outreach
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn to prospect leads
- History of meeting and exceeding quotas
- Ability to multitask and manage deal flow
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- A love for networking and building relationships
- Experience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
- Background in real estate and/or selling a product to landlords or property management companies (a big bonus)
- Sense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential)
