CANADIAN KINDERGARTEN TIRANA IS LOOKING FOR AN ACADEMIC DIRECTOR/COORDINATOR
The academic director/coordinator is in charge of managing and implementing the program and developing the learning activities. Follows up on the teachers' performance and guides them towards the right implementation of the academic program. Ensures that the performance standards are met. Coordinates the delivery of the trimester reports. Coordinates the main activities of the kindergarten.
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Must hold a degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Must have excellent command of the English language.
- Must have at least 5 years of working experience with ages from 2 to 6.
- Must be a team player, flexible, cooperative.
