Frontend Web Developer

Pulse Wallet is part of the Pulse Music platform and focuses on creating a platform to deposit, convert and withdraw different cryptocurrencies.

Crypto experience is not needed but interest in the space is definitely a huge plus!

We are looking for an outstanding Frontend Web Developer to be responsible for the design, layout and coding of our platform pages and website. The Frontend Web Developer responsibilities include continuously implement our web platforms starting from the UX/UI concepts, including the styles and animations, while preparing the integration with the backend.

Main Responsibilities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent and user experience
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/SCSS practices
• Write testable and efficient code by using best software development practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases (e.g. PHP/MYSQL)
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our web platforms and site
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Technical Requirements
• Proven working experience in web development as a Frontend specialist
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/SCSS
• Familiarity with at least two of the following programming languages: PHP, React, Javascript, Ruby on Rails
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• BSc in computer science or a related field
