Role

We are looking for Head of Investor Relations to lead our fundraising efforts as well as manage relationships with investors.

The Investor Relations team is dedicated to crafting an exceptional client experience for our trusted Limited Partners (“LPs”). The individual will work across the firm’s investment professionals, operating groups, finance, legal and compliance team members in coordinating the investor relations and capital formation activities of Alameda Capital.

Job Description

• Build relationships with prospective fund investors ranging from Family Offices to Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.
• Support the fund in its next fund raise, targeting $500m+.
• Support and coach the IR team helping with investor reports, financial analysis and investor presentations where needed.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Will have a track record raising funds from global investors; ideally demonstrating experience in raising $1bn
• Can bring a network of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowment Funds and Pension Funds to the business
• A senior candidate with 8+ years of experience in Real Estate, Private Equity or Placement Agents.
• Affinity to US private equity, credit funds and real estate.
• Some experience coaching and mentoring Senior Associates would be preferable
• Languages: English
• Executives from top tier investment funds would be preferred, however investment banking professionals or placement agents can be considered.
