Senior Full Stack Developer

Dibbs is a digital marketplace designed from the ground up by CEO/Founder Luke Fleury, an expert General Contractor and Real Estate Investor with an intimate understanding of the construction industry. We cut the friction out of bidding, buying, and selling products and services to help people do things better, faster, and less expensive. We’re on a mission to change the tired, traditional process of getting bids, hiring contractors, finding materials, and keeping track of your project milestones and payments. Getting construction projects completed the old way can feel complicated; Dibbs makes it easy.

About the Role

Our engineering team creates easy to use products that make an immediate impact for our users. You will lead our full stack team, and collaborate with our founders and other departments to build the go-to marketplace for the construction industry. We are searching for candidates with proven experience creating a marketplace application at a large technology company. Your Responsibilities

• Own the development of our web application. Create and track milestones that drive accountability and ensure on-time delivery
• Create beautiful products that are simple to use and work flawlessly
• Collaborate with the broader development team and help out wherever you can
• Empower other departments to understand our technology. Give them the confidence to go out and explain the details behind why our products are so amazing
• Join the sales team on product demos and share the power of Dibbs

Your Experience

• 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proven experience creating and deploying a marketplace web application
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Compensation

• Salary: $110,000 - $150,000/year based on experience Equity
