AgentStory is a fast-growing prop-tech startup that solves the black box of real estate agents' performance and selection. We use real estate data to help homeowners and homebuyers find the best agent to buy or sell their homes.

About the Role:

• Servicing inbound leads of homeowners and homebuyers and connecting them with top real estate agents
• Supporting real estate agents in claiming their profile page on our web app

About You:

• You're passionate about delivering brilliant service and brilliant at engaging with people
• You have experience working with sales / customer service from a similar role i.e. within customer service or sales experience, ideally in the real estate space
• You are excited about new business models, platform economy, exponential technologies, the start-up scene
• Great communication skills and always patient demeanor
• Experience with Intercom is a plus but not a must
• Happy to be on the phone or in meetings with clients if necessary
• Relevant resume with interesting jobs, projects and results
• Service-minded and a team-player
