Introduction - What are we building? (Community App. Reference: Slack, Pensil, Kutumb)

We are building an app that enables people to create and manage large communities. We have a potential user base of over 1 Mn users awaiting this app. The idea is to pick up the simplest, most essential features of Slack, WhatsApp and payment apps to create an ecosystem of collaboration for thousands of people of every large community.

The ideal candidate will lead the development efforts for this product. The in-house teams will be able to provide design, content and research support.

Requirements

Be able to do end to end development, testing, and maintenance of projects.
Be capable of delivering high quality, readable, and well-tested code.
Rely on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goals in a timely manner.
Well versed with any of these: React, React Native, NodeJS, ExpressJS, AWS
Well versed with server side deployments, creating microservices and managing architecture
Well versed with Rest API development practices and integration
Experience with deploying and creating apps at scale is a great plus
Impeccable communication skills with no room for ambiguity or unclarity for the team.
