As Head of Software-Development
you are the leader of the engineering team and align engineering staff on goals, method and strategy. You build and form teams and create a technical architecture that supports the development, maintenance and growth of a B2B Software Company

Your tasks

• Lead and develop engineering teams
• Align engineering teams, technical architecture, capabilities and (required) resources
• Recruit and build engineering teams based on product and project demands
• Create technology roadmap (development, sourcing, maintenance, exchange or components)
• Identify and plan solutions to technical challenges
• Executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years working in tech leadership role
• Leadership experience in an agile organization. You define goals and strategies, motivate, assess and manage.
• Communication skills in writing and public speaking are stellar
• Strong technical background, ideally in full stack developer
• Strong project- and stakeholder management skills
• You quickly acquire and understand new skills and knowledge and apply them to your work.
• Fluency in English and ideally a good knowledge of German
