Sr Microelectronics Engineer (Potential for Sr Mgmt)

London-based startup with deeply experienced multi-specialty team seeks Sr. Microelectronics Engineer/Lead Electronics Engineer to assist with the design and development of a consumer health wearable device for measuring and monitoring critical health biomarkers. Opportunity for the right candidate to ascend rapidly within the organization and to be compensated very well with equity.

Primary skills sought:
- PCB design

Secondary skills sought:
- Some knowledge of firmware development (NRF52/Zephyr) is good, but not required
- Experience with electronics hardware manufacturing, including dealing with manufacturers and knowing which potential problems might pop up at a given stage
- Experience working with industrial product designers
- Parts sourcing/procurement
- Experience with getting necessary certifications for consumer electronics products sold in the US and/or UK/EU markets
- Works well with teams
- Not overly egotistical
- Flexible; can learn and adapt quickly
