Senior Account Manager

Lawyer.com is looking for an experienced Account Manager to create scalable processes for how we build relationships with our Members. The Account Manager will oversee the on-boarding of new Members, maintaining current relationships, and retaining clients.

Ultimately, your responsibility will be to improve churn.

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Have a background in SaaS and/or hospitality industries
• Have a strong understanding of software web technologies
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to persuade and influence others, ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people
• Lose sleep over rejection
