Our team is looking for a Senior Content Manager that is creative, smart and has the ability to work with a truly global team. You will have the ability to work with a diverse team and your input will be valued. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing content initiatives to ensure client engagement, brand consistency, and a positive experience internally and externally. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to play a vital role in linking diverse people globally while contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify and develop short-term and long-term marketing targets
Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
Assist with company article/blog posts and writing engagements, including social media.
Analyze existing systems and identify alternative methods for scalability.
Target user persona through UX/UI-related content and promotion.
Maintain effective cross-department communication
Manage international content ambassadors, including interviewing, on-boarding and managing related projects.
Create, curate and publish engaging media & content with optimization in accordance to SEO.
Maintain and deliver up-to-date information for outlines, events, outreach, including webinar outlines, presentations, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, newsletters, FFW magazine issues, etc.
Complete assigned writing tasks for Export Portal and its affiliated entities.
Submit final drafts to management for approval.
Monitor company tools daily; including Smartsheets, Trello, Jira, and Confluence.
Maintain updated data sheets, including writer’s monthly Smartsheet and daily tasks.
Lead meetings and events that involve the team abroad.
Work with team members to analyze delivered work and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain effective communication with upper management.
Make suggestions for an improved workflow.
Develop and conduct presentations, when necessary or requested.
Meet monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience:

C1 English proficiency level
Proven work experience as a Content Management
Strong task management capabilities including planning, managing, and scheduling.
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills to include communications, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of SEO, and web traffic metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Position Details:

· This position is remote and full-time

· The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch, two 15 min breaks)

· The pay rate will be determined, based upon geolocation & experience

This position is open worldwide.

Note:

Generally, the first interview is a basic intro, via Zoom where we will determine if your personality, experience and skills are a match for the company culture.

The second step is scheduling an online technical test. The test is sent via email and timed. The purpose of the test is to examine the skills necessary for this position, such as problem solving and creativity.

The third step is a Zoom meeting with our Director of Operations to have an in-depth discussion regarding the position.

The fourth step is a Zoom meeting with our CEO for the purpose of exchanging information to determine if we are the right company for you and if you are the right candidate for us!
