As the Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be leading our hotel and partnership marketing strategy. This role will craft, build, and optimize growth marketing campaigns to drive affinity, increase engagement, and maximize business growth for partners and Flow as a brand. This role provides an excellent career growth opportunity, deepening your marketing and leadership skills, and building expertise in travel and e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design and implement marketing campaigns that leverage our hotel partner network to offer promotion deals to our users in order to boost sales within target ROI
- Own and build relationships with affiliates and 3rd party brands (such as KOLs, banks, other marketplaces) through marketing collaboration to promote our brand and acquire more users
- Develop overarching content and messaging themes for marketing campaigns and ensure deliverables are aligned across multiple marketing channels
- Apply test & learn strategies on user segmentation and creative briefs to understand what drives better user engagement & conversion
- Closely monitor channel KPI results against targets to manage budget and resources effectively
- Stay up to date on industry trends, review and improve campaign workflows and templates
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. account managers, Product team) to suggest ways to drive engagement with hotel partners and customers through your marketing angles
- Be part of an open-minded team to share your voice and lead the brand to become more vocal, unique and distinct
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication or Communications, and Advertising or related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in digital/partnership marketing
- Track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns and projects that engage customers/partners - using a range of marketing activities and data insights
- A strong sense in planning, tracking and reporting of campaign performance to meet target returns within budget
- Strong English & Chinese communication and visual storytelling skills
- Interest in building a vocal brand and a strong community with customers/partners
