The Right Fit

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have at least three years of professional experience working in data-driven back-end software systems. This role will be expected to design and build back-end for front-end (BFF) Web APIs, web services that communicate with a plethora of existing APIs, and problem-solving domain-specific algorithms that manipulate and transform data for our clients. With each project our aim is to provide ingenious solutions to our client that they have not even thought of. If you love being a part of diving deep into brand new domains and learning as much as you can, then this role could be a great fit for you.

Hold honesty and integrity as higher values over covering up mistakes or errors
Minimum Technical Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience coding in C#, .NET, ASP, SQL, Entity Framework
Ability to distill complex problems into simple, manageable solutions that can be developed, and enhanced over time
Comfortable with of Domain Driven Design concepts and Test Driven Design
Extensive knowledge of web fundamentals including HTTP, HTML, CSS
Ability to test, develop, and deploy complete applications in C# and .NET
Comfortable with interfacing with Restful APIs and writing WebApis
Intermediate Database knowledge - Comfortable writing complex queries with multiple joins and optimizing large queries
Ability to easily debug code and assess problems quickly
Ability to write clean code that is self-documenting, follows SRP, and most importantly is driven by TDD techniques
Experience with version control (git)
Ideal Technical Skills

Strong background in Domain Driven Design & Test Driven Design
Strong background in .Net Core, React, Javascript
Comfortable with CLI in both Linux and Powershell
Familiarity or background in cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud
Familiarity or background in Kubernetes, DevOps
Familiarity in IT (Virtual Machines, Cloud Services, Domains)
Comfortable with multiple device platforms, jumping into different languages as needed

Strong written communication skills
Ability to present projects to clients, take feedback, and provide a strong direction for a project
Strong team player, with a willingness to collaborate, teach, and achieve the best for the overall team
