Job Description

• Conducting project presentations and site trips, and conduct market survey to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/ rent.
• Manage call and email communication on-time and effectivity
• Maintains and keeps an efficient and effective records management system for client database, broker database, lease contracts and department reports to ensure its proper care.
• Creates and maintains leasehold master vendor database for the assigned/handled in PPT
• Attending to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers
• Provide clients relevant updates pertaining to market conditions, new projects, price increases, construction updates, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters.
• Responsible for keeping new and existing clients satisfied through delivery of exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis by attending to their needs that includes but is not limited to: answering inquiries & follow-ups, sending timely updates, providing end-to-end assistance with any issues they may have from prospecting to after sales and generally going the extra mile.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• To effectively present and sell available products to existing or prospective clients ** QUALIFICATIONS**
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, or have a willingness to do the task of her/his job
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Speaking Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement
• Willing to work physically in the Head Office/Off site, BGC. We can't tolerate people's coming late.
