Operations specialist/manager

Join the Broadcaster Operations team at LiveMe, our flagship app with 5+ years plus of presence in the US market! Currently WFH, but candidate must be willing to work in office on a flexible schedule once we're finally "back to normal"!

What you will be doing...

Aid in reporting on the performance of agencies and broadcasters in terms of revenue and retention
Calculate the payout to agencies and broadcasters based on performance
In-app policy making and event development and implementation
Work cross-functionally within the company, with multiple teams in both Los Angeles and Beijing
Establish local partnerships and develop business according to corporate strategy

What we are looking for…

Fluent in Mandarin and English
Passionate about live streaming, social media, and new technologies
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and open-minded, with creative mindset
Proficient in Excel, Canva, Photoshop and ERP-savvy
Enjoy working in a high intensity environment & must be flexible to work on evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred
Experience in the entertainment industry, artist/talent relations or media is a plus
