As LINEN's first Mid-Market Account Manager, you will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for finding and generating new business. Objectives include aligning with the company’s core values: ensuring that customers are treated with respect, promoting a team environment in which diversity of ideas and opinions are respected and valued, conducting business with uncompromising integrity, setting and attaining ambitious goals and executing to win. In addition, the Account Executive must maintain current knowledge of all LINEN Cloud products and competition.
The responsibilities of this opportunity include:
● Utilize referrals and existing business relationships to identify and grow new accounts and manage opportunities from lead to close
● Acquire in-depth knowledge of prospective customers' specific pain points
● Schedule and deliver online product demos to educate prospects and ultimately win new business
● Build and manage accurate forecasts and a qualified pipeline within Salesforce in accordance with approved sales methodologies
● Work in a team environment to drive and close business
● Attend meetings prepared and follow through on management directives
● Prospect aggressively via various methods in order to break into target accounts
● Develop an understanding of the current market landscape and our competitive strategy
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
● 3+ years of successful SaaS sales with proven quota attainment, ideally with a record of consistently exceeding quota
● You’re an entrepreneur at heart. You’re flexible and can thrive in environments that don’t have defined processes. You’re excited to help build.
● Comfortable closing deals in the $50K to $100K ARR range.
● Ability to qualify opportunities quickly and build relationships
● Understand how to deliver a compelling message in person, via email and on the phone
● Experience in pitching and delivering sales demos without the assistance of a sales engineer or solutions consultant
● Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, at all levels
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a can-do attitude, balancing multiple tasks
● Have the discipline and motivation to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
● Working knowledge of Salesforce. Preferred knowledge of ZoomInfo, Chorus.ai, Outreach/Sales Automation tools.
● Experience selling to Sales Ops or Revenue Operations teams is a PLUS.
