TITLE: Scheduling & Administrative Manager
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager

WHO YOU ARE
A highly reliable and organized team leader who is dedicated to upholding structure and consistency within the scheduling and administrative needs of the business to ensure a positive guest and staff experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with Upper Management to ensure adequate staffing coverage is maintained by creating, execuinge, and managing the onsite team’s schedule.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with Upper Management and Corporate teams to implement changes for scheduling and staffing needs.
- Uphold company time and attendance policies and remain current on all other staffing policies, procedures and best practices.
- Adequately utilize and have a detailed understanding of the scheduling and administrative software, including updates within the system.
- Ensure internal zone charts and communication logs (utilized to track coaching, disciplinary action, and development) are organized and up to date.
- Correspond with candidates to schedule interviews, and provide confirmed interview times and candidates to Upper Management.
- Provide scheduling and hiring statistics and insights, as well as assistance with payroll procedures to ensure we are adhering to the guidelines set by both company and law.
- Act as a support for the leaders on the floor and step in when coverage is needed.
- Handle all administrative tasks as assigned and in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience in a demanding, high-volume environment with a large team.
- Experience creating schedules for large teams.
- Must be inclusive and discerning.
- Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Must have strong assessment, decision-making, written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively speak to employees.
- Must be an effective multitasker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in mediation and effective conflict resolution.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
- Must have open availability (including holidays and weekends).
