Marketing lead

ABOUT FxDx
We are building a multi-chain and hybrid AMM and OrderBooks model, with plans to launch a wide range of product offerings not available to traders on other platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will lead marketing department.
You will be responsible for new initiatives, forming and leading a team of marketing. You will own, iterate, and prioritize strategies. You should posses necessary leadership skill as well as project management skill.
You will work cross functionally to lead growth
h marketing strategies, processes, and allocation of marketing resources to focus on FXDX user growth, brand awareness and engagement.
Drive overall marketing strategy and work with marketing team on execution including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, creative messaging, channels (organic, affiliates, paid ads, partnerships), and budgets
Lead engagement, management and collaboration with third party marketing agencies globally
Implement paid marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (Google, Twitter, YouTube, podcasts, newsletter, other social media sites, media publications and more)

Develop and track KPIs of all marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain relationships with leading media outlets
Generate, filter, and pursue leads and respond to inbound opportunities
Manage a regular calendar of voice calls and content-driven discussions (Twitter Spaces + Discord Audio) with fxdx users and team members
Lead efforts to participate in, speak at, and sponsor various crypto conferences annually

REQUIREMENTS:
4-7 years experience working in a marketing capacity
Deep desire to work with and help users of fxdx
Knowledge of fxdx product and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
Deep knowledge of the global marketing landscape and understanding of marketing agency mechanics (and how fxdx can leverage them)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create, organize, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns globally while tracking performance data and continually iterating on approaches
Ability to develop and ship a consistent pace of multi-channel content, and the ability to manage the content distribution infrastructure as needed
Execution-oriented and self-driven
Project management, time management, and ability to multitask

NICE TO HAVES:
Prior experience in a marketing capacity at a crypto protocol or company
Existing relationships with marketing agencies globally
