We are looking for a HR Business Partner who would work as points of contact for employees and serve as sounding boards for the executive management.
As our HR business partner, your expertise should provide valuable and reliable management input, and you need to be involved in all major management decisions.
Being an HR business partner means being a senior leader in your own right.
**What you will do
- You will serve as a sparring partner of the management team
- You will be responsible for all personnel decisions
- You will be tasked with implementing and evaluating a performance review system
- Your responsibilities lie with handling legal aspects, such as employment contracts
- You will closely work with our Junior HR Manager by taking strategic control of the HR and recruitment process
- You will serve as the main contact person for our team
- You will conceptualize and execute new training & coaching initiatives for the entire team
- You will help align DNL’s people strategy with our business strategy
- Together with the management team, you will work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results
**Your Profile
- Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data
- Understanding of HR analytics techniques
- Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative
- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results
- Good grasp of HRM techniques and excellent people management skills
- Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills and the ability to empathize with others
- Change management and project management capabilities
