Embedded Software Engineer
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to develop the low-level software stack that enables high-throughput computer vision. You will develop software that will interface with hardware accelerators and work with FPGA engineers to create image processing pipelines using our core technology.
Ideally you bring:
• Excellent knowledge of C/C++ and basics of linux camera drivers
• Demonstrated capability to develop high-speed low-level interfaces
• Experience with hardware acceleration and writing software that interfaces with DSPs
• Knowledge of embedded software deployment (e.g. cross-compiling, testing, firmware updates)
Icing on the cake:
• Experience with image processing pipelines and interfaces (ISPs, MIPI)
• Experience with VHDL or FPGA programming
• Knowledge of real-time systems and software stack
• Understanding of low-level image processing pipelines: demosaicing, denoising, etc
• Experience fusing sensor data from multiple streams with different bandwidth and timing constraints
