NLP Architect for a Grant based project

We are a health and medical startup company and are seeking an entrepreneur mindset individuals that is not hesitant and take on a challenging role in as a grant-based project (start date 2023*/Late 2022). This is an innovation-based project that will help in implicit bias detection for women cardiovascular based ER scenarios based on conversations and gestures. There may be many unknowns that we are trying to solve here. 2 Paid positions. We are looking for a Team of 2 experts with industry/research experience (for Data Scientist role)
NLP Data Science/ML Architect and Full Stack Developer who will work with each other. The NLP Architect is the lead who will focus on feasibility, design, and analysis while the Full Stack Developer will help in implementing the framework, design, test and deploy the feature sets with XR based platform avatars and scenarios.
· Build and implement advanced machine learning models for Text, classification, Conversation and Voice or speech analysis, sentiment analysis, topic and speech modelling, fine tuning using Bert/Open GPT AI or other modern transformer architectures.
· Understanding of architectures like RNN, CNN, Self-Attention, Transformer based architectures
· Worked on algorithms or specific NLP/ for denoising NLG with pre-trained models in comprehending, translation, and semantic context building
· Expertise in neural speech XML like SSML and experience in any previous project especially related to various healthcare population
· Have considerable experience in Speech and Language understanding start with English to other localization for parsing text, incomplete text, incorrect language constructs, wrong language for parsing and detect sentiments or expressions
· Prototype and fine tune algorithms and advanced machine learning techniques for Avatar based TTS speech modeling, 3D Rendering, speech recognition and analysis, visemes and speech identifiers, gesture recognition
• Build a scoring model for bias training with various segmentation in speech and predictive speech or gestures
• Hand on experience with deep neural networks especially in healthcare domain or scenario
· Have language background (preferable) in detail text analytics like morphology, context, phonology to find patterns
Educational
• PhD/Masters degree in AI/ML which includes research as well as minimum 5 years working on a healthcare or conversation NLP intent analysis, design and deployment.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a data scientist or NLP Architect
• Previous Experience in setting up supervised & unsupervised learning pre-trained models, trade off architecture data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model performance metrics, test scenarios creation with test team and deployment.
• Experience in platforms like R, Tensor Flow, Apache Spark, Keras, AI GCP, Open AI , Voice ASR NLP, SSML. Dialog or Conversational Best practices and patterns /
