About Role (Founding team - Head Marketing)
We are looking for a seasoned enterprise marketing leader who is keen to join as a founding team member. The broad objective is to own GTM strategy along with sales & deliver 2-2-3-3 SaaS growth. Marketing would be both top-down & bottom’s up (PLG driven) targeting enterprise & upper mid-market in US geography.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning for GTM
- Figure out the positioning of the product
- Work with the founder to decide which customer segment to target.
- Research & finalize top 3 channels for experimentation
- Define experiments & execute them
- Build a scale-up plan for experiments showing promising results.
Evangelizing Lucidity concept using content
- Hire & build the content team.
- Finalize content calendar
- Figure out the content format
- Plan content distribution strategy
- Make content SEO-friendly.
- Content channels would be Podcasts | Community | Blogs
Product Marketing
- Optimize website for conversion
- Build sales collaterals
PLG
- Work with product to enable PLG motion
- Build a community of DevOps to bring awareness of our Open source tool.
Skills Required
- Have worked as a marketer in a B2B Enterprise SaaS company before.
- Delivered great numbers in any of the functions before with some experience in rest.
- Has a knack to spot what good content looks like.
- Great communication skills.
