IoT Cloud Architect - Senior Software Engineer(Level 3)

What you'll be doing
Most of your day will be dedicated to software design, research, planning and coding. You'll be responsible for building the next generation IOT platform which kiot is working on. You'll be transofrming business ideas into scalable technology backed solutions. You'll be owning major product features and lead a small team of engineers. Most of the time you'll be working directly with our tech lead and take technical decisions together.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability applications with NodeJs/Golang
• Scaling Infrastructure for supporting high volume of IoT devices and users
• Optimize existing applications
• Building new futuristic systems for high load handling
• Drive code reviews, enforce standards & best practices.
• Participating in all aspects of software development- design, implementation, and deployment.
• Adding Deployment strategies, implementing CI/CD pipelines

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience working as a full-stack/backend developer
• Ability to write high-quality and scalable code
• Deep understanding of Javascript and NodeJs
• Good experience with MongoDB
• Good understanding of design patterns and system design
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills

What we would appreciate

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Aws
• In-Depth Knowledge of MongoDB, Indexing, Query Optimizations, Aggregations etc.
• Experience with Golang
• In-depth understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP IoT
• Understanding of frontend technologies and how web applications work
• Understanding of testing frameworks like Chai, Mocha or Jest
• Zeal to solve difficult problems and a never giving up attitude
• Strong passion for changing lives with technology
