As Talent Acquisition Specialist at Juramy, you’ll be part of the HR team that consists of an HR Manager, HR Advisor and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our mission is to give every candidate an unforgettable candidate experience. Your ultimate goal is to hire top talent - for a great variety of roles, but your focus area will be technology and digital - for our brands 433, BALR. and Wannahaves. You’ll play a key role in our international expansion and yes, we’re going through the roof! Together with our Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll also further develop our employer branding strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from job advertising to offer negotiations) for a great variety of roles at all different levels, with a focus on technology and digital;
- Partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and advise on recruitment activities and strategies;
- Create job descriptions, including advertising on relevant channels and platforms;
- Screen and interview candidates to assess on cultural / team fit and their skills;
- Proactively source candidates to build pipelines for (future) hirings;
- Guide candidates through the interview process top ensure the best possible candidate experience;
- Contribute to the employer brand of Juramy, 433, BALR. and Wannahaves;
- Proactively share best practices and lessons learned with the team.
What you have
At Juramy, we’re looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a positive mindset. You have the ability to handle multiple and a great variety of roles at the same time. It’s important you feel comfortable in a rapidly growing international scale-up.
- At least a bachelor’s degree;
- 3 to to 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or equivalent, preferably in-house;
- Proven track record in hiring tech and digital professionals, but open to handle other roles as well;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment;
- You’re an excellent communicator in Dutch and English with strong stakeholder management skills at all levels;
- Passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding and the candidate experience;
- You’re a quick-thinking team player with an creative and flexible mindset;
- Available for a fulltime position, based in Amsterdam.
