About the Role

Our engineering team creates easy to use products that make an immediate impact for our users. You will lead our mobile development efforts, and collaborate with our founders and other departments to build the go-to marketplace for the construction industry. Your Responsibilities

• Own the development of our Android projects. Create and track milestones that drive accountability and ensure on-time delivery
• Create beautiful products that are simple to use and work flawlessly
• Collaborate with the broader development team and help out wherever you can
• Empower other departments to understand our technology. Give them the confidence to go out and explain the details behind why our products are so amazing
• Join the sales team on product demos and share the power of Dibbs
• Develop your leadership skills with an opportunity to help build a world class software engineering team

Your Experience

• 5+ years experience in software programming with at least 3 years specializing in Android application development
• You are an expert at building applications in Java and Kotlin
• Mastery of patterns and frameworks used on the Android platform including data persistence, coroutines, Fragments, Map APIs, Firebase, and Google Play Services
• 3+ applications published to the Google Play Store

Compensation

• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000/year based on experience
