Responsibilities
As a product manager you will be required to dream big, design product vision and roadmap, manage stakeholders’ requirements, understand the features to be added in the product, prioritize the features development, manage backlog and interact with development & business integration team. The person will be responsible for success of the product and lead the project from end-to-end.
Role Requirement
As a Product Manager in AB- InBev you will be working along with development team, product owners, senior leadership to design and develop web based analytical solution for Forecasting:
- Familiar with Azure suite of products to ensure technical and operational requirements are achievable
- Understanding of KPIs to do benchmarking of home developed product against other alternate solutions available in the market
- Write Press Release documents to create awareness about product and onboard others on the tool
- Be responsible of creating MVP to get business approval
- Aware about Forecasting nuggets to develop robust and sustainable solution for data science modeller as well as business user
- Adapt development methodologies appropriate to different stages/maturities of a product’s lifecycle
- Actively help prioritize deliverables for development teams
- Support DevOps operations by integrating developed work items into CICD pipeline builds
- Develop documentation utilizing standardized templates such as Installation and Configuration Guides, design and engineering plans
- Create strategic alliances with relevant stakeholders across organization to make communication seamless across product development process
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications –
- 8-10 years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Product Management with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology OR 5-7 years of experience in Technical Product Management with a master’s degree
- Atleast 4 years of experience in analytical product management preferably in FMCG domain
- Ability to articulate your deep understanding of benefits/drawbacks of different solutions
- Demonstrate full expertise of the technical aspects of product development
- Anticipate and identify changing technical knowledge needs based on changes in the business, the furcating domain, and emerging technologies
- Provide expert insights into developing a product vision and determining product development approach
- Possess strong diplomacy skills and fosters goodwill between different groups and functions, exhibiting a “one company” and “ownership” mindset
- Strong influence, advocacy and communication skills required as you will be interacting regularly with executive leadership across ABInBev
- Be empathetic, kind, and mindful of not just your perspective but also what matters to customers, stakeholders and development team
Preferred Qualifications –
- Deeper knowledge of Forecasting domain
- Strong experience working with Azure toolkit for could application development
- Ability to influence development teams and senior stakeholders to gain support for delivering product solutions against a standardized methodology
