In this role you will be responsible for searching for potential clients for the company. You will surf and access all possible sources of projects and present project seekers with Overlab's company information and try to strike a deal with them. Before presenting any offer to a company you will forward all the requirements to the CEO of the company and the team will asses the techinacal requirements of the project. After you become compfortable with the capabilities of the company you will be able to perfrom deals on your own and submit proposals on the spot even before the project is assesed by the team incresing the productivity. Also you wil be resposnsible to reply to any inquiry sent to you from the clients that you have referred to the company and Overlab was able to fulfill a deal with.This will be your main objective when first joining the company and then in the future, different options can be discussed.
- Salary: Your salary will be based on the number of projects you refer to the company and the company was able to perform. You will be getting from about 10% to 20% from any project that we perform. So if you refer 5 projects a month and all were taken by the compny at a rate of 1000$ each with a 10% referral you will get 5000.10%=500$ a month. The more projects that you refer and the bigger they are the more moneey that you will be able to get. All deals will be disclosed and shared with you for transparency.
