Growify is an e-commerce sales oriented agency focussed toward the fashion industry in India. We work as partners with our clients by taking over the digital channels to monetize them by doing everything from setting their website, accounts, channels to running ads across various digital channels to doing in-house sales and finally even managing their payment collection and order fulfillment by coordinating with production and their customers.

Report to: Head - Website

Reportees: Associate Managers and Trainees

Job description:

• Website Development & Maintenance

• Understanding the client requirements

• Scope of work for each new and existing website

• Setup of the project and milestone

• Work allocation to team members

• Provide clarity on the timeline

• Oversee the website project’s progress and deliverables

• Ensure that there are no scope creeps and bill client for extra work

• Do complete testing of the websites during launch and monthly routines.

• Setup various SOPs and checks

• Complete the Website Development by the mutually decided deadlines as per client expectation and satisfaction.

• Collection the content by following the process.

• Check the content before assigning it for upload.

• Assign the work for the entire website to relevant people in advance and come up with a mutually agreed deadline for each person’s task and for overall website development.

• Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and inspirations.

• Supervise the content uploads and ensure utmost quality of the website

• Raise the alarm if the deadline is not being met

• Set up the theme by being creative and pushing the boundaries of your own knowledge to create a unique design. If the theme is not getting accepted by the client, raise alarm to Management to ensure the deadline is being met and client satisfaction is sustained.

• Oversee and execute all the setup and integrations required for the website so there are no bottlenecks and the deadline is achieved.

• Understand the client requirements and document the scope into an asana task.

• Confirm the scope internally and then confirm the deadline to the client.

• Delegate the work to the right team member by understanding their current workload and confirm mutually agreed deadlines.

• Keep an eye out for the work which is being done by the team member and raise alarms if there is a foreseeable delay.

• Once the work is complete, get management approval before sharing it with client.
  
  If overall delays are happening, inform management.

• Take the time to post, shortlist and recruit interns for your department

• Do their onboarding which includes tool’s training and task explanation

• Mentor them and guide them to do the work that you do so you can build capacity and can manage and build many more websites

Job Requirement:

• 5+ years of work experience as a website manager

• Expert knowledge of Adobe suite, Content Management, and Web standards.

• Great understanding of shopify platform, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).

• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Excellent content creation and writing skills.

• Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask.
