The company is based in London and Athens and this role is for the Athens office, which is currently in a fantastic open space in the historic centre, downtown.

Your Role

We are looking for a passionate DevOps professional that will help us to support the needs of our international customers and internally our Data science and Development team. The successful candidate will join our local team (based in Athens) and will be responsible for operating, monitoring, deploying, supporting and improving the infrastructure, systems and processes used to run our product solution both on cloud and on-client premise infrastructures.

Docker compose
RabbitMQ used as a message broker
Persisting data to Mongo and Elasticsearch
Being monitored by Prometheus, Grafana and Loki for logs
What you would be working on:

Deploying our platform to customers (on-premise)
Providing (technical) support regarding system related issues
Monitoring and updating the platform
Keep track of production systems
Updating/Improving our CI system
Supporting the engineering and the data science team
Work with the team to further expand the platform and automate processes
REQUIREMENTS
Need to have:

Docker Knowledge
GCP and/or Azure cloud services experience
Monitoring
Kubernetes experience
CI/CD experiences with any of Jenkins/circle ci/GitLab ci/ Travis
System Administration Skills
Scripting in bash
Knowledge and understanding of Web applications
Nice to have:

Some experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)
Be able to understand some js and python code
Database Knowledge (Mongo)
Istio
Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject.

• Strong fundamental computer science skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
