The Role

The Digital Marketing Executive position is a great role for someone looking to accelerate their career in the marketing field, specifically digital, to gain practical experience in an Edtech company.

You will…

Your primary responsibilities include:

DIGITAL MARKETING: You will take care of our digital channels and use digital tools to boost E2’s branding and to support the sales team.

  • Plan digital ads for company’s activities following the Marketing directions, and manage the implementation;
  • Manage digital marketing budget to make sure all activities of the company are supported under the approved budget;
  • Weekly and monthly report on digital performance ;
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date;
  • Support other team members in generating leads of online channels;
  • Support DS on the system side to make sure data are digitized and recorded properly;
  • Be responsible to achieve the team target with all team members;
  • Digital advertising:
    • Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies including Facebook, GDN, newsletters, landing pages, communities/forums, SEO, and other online channels;
    • Oversee the execution and optimization of customer acquisition and lead generation through online channels;
    • Work with digital third parties (website, digital ads, SEO... agencies) to make sure all digital activities are proceeded following Marketing timelines;
  • Company’s website:
    • Keep corporate website and other landing pages running smoothly and updated;
    • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.);

OTHERS: Besides your primary tasks, you are also a team-player who will support Marketing members and others to achieve our Marketing objectives.

  • Assist the overall marketing plan and strategy;
  • Ensure marketing activities and marketing materials followed brand guidelines;
  • Create collateral and liaising with customers to digital marketing and seasonal branding event planning;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Up to 10% of work assigned may fall out of the JD to support ad hoc projects, cross department activities, or growth initiatives.

You have…

These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you have them all:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position;
  • Good English skills in writing and communication;
  • Understanding about digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google AdWords… and experience about them;
  • Knowledge about MailChimp, WordPress, Plugins and Templates Manageable, Social Network Integration;
  • Team spirit, proactiveness, organization skill and creativity.
