We’re looking for a People Operations Intern to join our People Operations team. You will play a key role in providing the best candidate and employee experience, in order to enable a high performing team within the company. Play an active role in all human resources disciplines – recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance reviews, training and development and employee relations.
What you can expect to work on:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team: Develop effective sourcing strategies and shortlist candidate profiles that bring the best talent to each role.
- Provide monthly payroll support: Using our HR Management Software.
- Manage the performance review process of our fast-growing team: Ensure that each individual receives the support they need to perform at their best.
- Ensure a good onboarding experience for new hires: Includes background checks, preparing Welcome Packs, and assisting with other onboarding logistics.
- Drive employee engagement programs: Heighten employee engagement and promote our company culture. Bring employees together through team bonding activities. Retain the best talent and improve employee experience.
- Take the lead to develop new HR policies and best practices
- Work on strategic projects: Such as the development of people operations resource hub.
What we’re looking for:
- Deeply curious and passionate about people and culture
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in people operations or HR is preferred
- Able to learn fast and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills; detailed oriented; process-driven
- Great at getting things done timely & accurately
- Does not require a work visa to legally work in Singapore
