If you are passionate about email marketing, social media, Telegram marketing, content writing & development, and ideating on effective acquisition & retention strategies, this position is perfect for you. Expect to work directly with the company founders and take ownership of your goals, and do what it takes to achieve them.
What you can expect to work on:
Get exposure to work with the team on a range of B2C and B2B marketing channels to drive user acquisition, retention & referral.
- Take ownership of your own goals – You’ll be given an acquisition, retention or referral goal and tasked to use different strategies & tactics to achieve it.
- Manage and implement inbound & outbound email marketing campaigns – Develop email campaigns targeting jobseekers & employeers. Run A/B tests to optimise conversion rates to drive user activation, retention & referral.
- Develop content for social media – Strategise content calendar and develop content for social media, focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Optimise content to increase user acquisition & engagement. Propose & experiment with different types of social media posts to achieve business objectives.
- Develop new initiatives that drive acquisition – You have the space to propose, develop, manage and implement new initiatives that drive employer acquisition. Review results to optimise initiatives for greater outcomes. See the direct impact of your efforts as the number of jobs and companies grow.
- Analyse data and success metrics – Analyse data and track success metrics. Based on your analysis, develop strategies that drive employer acquisition, increase success metrics, and iterate the product to improve user experience.

What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred, but not compulsory – You’ve managed your own goals and achieved successful results. You’ve also managed marketing channels independently.
- Strong copywriting skills – You can sell ice to eskimos with your words.
- Strong design skills – Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator. You are able to create visually appealing designs that capture the audience’s attention.
- Attention to detail – You know when a full-stop is missing, or if the font size is off by 2 pts. Also, you include the word ‘recruitedSG’ somewhere in your email application.
- Ability to learn fast – You just need to be briefed once and you’re ready to go. If you don’t know how to do something, you’re usually able to figure it out on your own fairly quickly, or can pick it up after some quick explanations.
- Goal-oriented – You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership of a goal, and will do what it takes to achieve the goal.
