We are currently looking for a Customer Success Executive to support the team in driving the company’s next stage of growth.
Here’s what you can expect to work on:
- Onboard new clients to help them understand the end-to-end consultancy process, and ensure they’re getting the most out of the relationship
- Liaise with clients to follow-up with necessary documents or procedures
- Stay on top of different deadlines, to ensure the necessary procedures at different points of the consultancy process is completed before the deadline
- Be the go-to person for clients when support is needed, and ensure client queries or issues are resolved promptly and effectively
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure satisfaction of each client
- Proactively look at current processes and try to improve them based on customer feedback and internal knowledge of the systems
What we’re looking for:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, to effectively communicate and interface with clients
- Strong attention to detail: You catch mistakes that others miss
- Strong organisational skills: You are able to manage different client accounts and deadlines
- Competent use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
