HR Consultant

HR and Recruitment Consultancy is at the core of recruitSG’s business. As a member of the HR Consulting team, you will play an active role in delivering a best in class HR consulting experience and operational excellence to our clients. This position specialises in supporting our clients with relevant government programmes and funding support.

What you can expect to work on:

• Onboard new clients: Help them understand the end-to-end consultancy process. Work closely with the Sales team to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients.
• Advise and support our clients to access a suite of Government programmes in the HR and Recruitment space
• Evaluate their needs and optimise opportunities to advise on the most relevant programmes
• Liaise with our clients’ senior management and HR team to help them tap on relevant Government programmes
• Assist our clients with the preparation of relevant documents for required claims
• Engage with the relevant government authorities together with the client in respect of the programmes they are tapping on
• Take the lead to streamline HR consultancy processes and optimise best practices

• Strong attention to detail: You catch mistakes that others miss
• Excellence organisational skills: You are able to manage different client accounts and deadlines
• Great at getting things done timely & accurately
• Able to learn fast and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Does not require a work visa to legally work in Singapore
