About the job

Talent Acquisition is the core of scaling our fast-growing team at recruitSG and our group of companies. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play an active role in managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process and develop creative strategies to find the best talent for each role.

This position will provide a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and provide operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team. We conceive practical and creative ways to identify suitable talent and invest a lot of time in developing them through their career journey with us. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience from the initial reach out and first conversation a candidate has with us.

What you can expect to work on:

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition to scale and grow our team
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and provide an excellent candidate experience to bring the best talent to each role.
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans. Analyse requirements to determine target profile needs and ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on hiring needs, using the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Partner closely with different business functions to understand their recruitment and onboarding needs.
  • Initiate and oversee the onboarding experience for new hires: Including background checks, preparing Welcome Packs, and assisting with other onboarding logistics.
  • Work on strategic projects: Such as the development of competency-based interview guidelines, salary benchmarking guides, and more.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition: Prior experience in talent acquisition is preferred, but we are also open to fresh graduates or mid-career switchers who are keen to start a career in the talent acquisition space.
  • Strong growth mindset: An attitude to continuously grow and develop your skills. Ability to learn fast and independently.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Does not require a work visa to legally work in Singapore
