Job Description:
We are a real estate company and we focus on selling condominiums in prime areas across the state. We get the units that we sell from owners or developers that want us to sell their units. However, we don’t just take everyone’s unit. We need to make sure that the quality of what we are selling is top-notch.

This is where the role of a home inspector comes in. Your job is to check every nook and cranny of the unit to see its actual condition. We have to make sure that everything is accounted for.

Responsibilities:
Inspect the unit that our clients introduce to us
Areas that you will look out for this task are:
Plumbing and Electrical
Building Integrity
Pest Control
Floor Area
You will be trained for this
Submit a complete report about the inspection

Requirements:
On-site activity is required
Can juggle between multiple tasks well.
Comfortable with working under a supervisor
Previous experience in the same field is ideal
