GreenTree Maintenance Plumber

GreenTree Maintenance, a Veritas Investments company, is seeking experienced plumbers to join our maintenance team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESComplete plumbing related work orders in a timely fashionTrouble shoot plumbing issues and implement repair strategies Perform routine preventative maintenanceCommunicate with team members, resident managers, and maintenance supervisor throughout the dayDaily reporting of completed work order, open work order and any issues encountered using our DRiVE Maintenance softwareDaily submittal of time sheets, gas mileage and invoices associated with the work ordersMaintains regular contact with residents and skilled trades keeping detailed current system records and documents

SKILLS AND ABILITIESExpert level plumber that is familiar with all aspects of plumbing systems and plumbing repairsAble to problem solve and think criticallyDeadline and detail-orientedCustomer Service-mindedGood working knowledge of tools and devices required to perform the jobGood physical condition and strength with the ability to lift up to 75 poundsAble to work well with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures Be responsive with emails, calls and texts QUALIFICATIONSMust pass an in person skills assessment High school diploma or equivalent; California State Certification a plus but not requiredIdeally 2-5 years of experience as a Plumber preferredMust own and be very familiar with a smart phone and know how Rto use emailMaintains vehicle and tools

COMPENSATIONDepending on experience $25 - $34/hr
