● Location research for Business expansion
● Rental properties search for setting up our hubs
● Commercial Negotiations
● Vendor development
● Property operations monitoring
● Process making and implementation

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Familiarity with Bangalore city and suburbs including industrial and commercial clusters
• Motivated, self starter, go getter
• Good communication skills, with fluency in Hindi & English
• Quick Learning ability
• Result Orientation (Focus on the end result)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested candidates should be:

• Comfortable working remotely and in completely unstructured environments
• Able to work in completely new / unexplored areas
• Able to start working at the earliest possible
• Own and rides a two wheeler
