We are looking for someone who loves solving problems and taking care of people. That is at the heart of this role. Client Performance Analysts work with dealers by listening to their objectives, help them understand the online market for their specific brand and create a blueprint on how to achieve their goals. You will play a role which is both proactive and reactive. Dealers will call with advanced questions about profitability, strategy and performance, which will go to you - you will also assist in the continuing development of our program to proactively reach out to our dealers who are struggling, and help them recognize and respond to opportunity.
You will be working with dealers at all levels of engagement and experience, and help them understand how our services and tools can be put to work to meet their objectives. While having familiarity with parts, ecommerce, technology, digital marketing and our abilities in the space is important, being able to translate information to people from all walks of life is key.
You will work hand in hand with our analytics and marketing teams, as well as have access to a deep bench of internal tools and reports. Data will be used in all aspects of the position. You will be in charge of sorting, analysing, finding trends and then presenting the data to lead a conversation.
Responsibilities:
Proactively call dealers and engage them in a discussion about strategy and opportunity
Respond to dealer calls about strategy
Ensure our dealers take maximum advantage of their OEM’s support, and our services
Find opportunity and revenue for dealers and for SimplePart
Build relationships with our key dealers, and a cadence for regular status calls
