About the Role:

SimplePart is searching for a motivated and passionate individual to oversee talent acquisition for the company. Attracting and retaining talent is one of the most important things we do at SimplePart. As the first impression of our company, you'll need to be able to relay a compelling picture of our company, our culture, and responsibilities to potential candidates.

You will be broadly responsible for managing the entire recruitment process (including sourcing and recruiting). To be successful in this role, you will need to be self directed, quick thinking, and highly motivated. Many of the positions the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for filling will be technical and development roles, so experience recruiting within those fields are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a creative, out of the box thinker who can bring unique and innovative techniques and ideas to attract talent to our fast growing teams. In addition, this person will be someone who had a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining candidate pipelines, has a data-driven approach, and can build trust and collaborate with leaders in peers.

Recruitment duties include:

Partners with the Director of People Operations on recruitment and interviewing
Uses data to identify recruiting and efficiency opportunities within the hiring process; improve upon existing recruiting and retention processes and add in scalable changes
Sources candidates / Active recruiting via ATS, Job Boards, Referral Sources, Career Fairs, Networking, etc.
Team up with hiring managers to build strategies and pipeline: source, assess, and close high caliber candidates
Coordinates with any 3rd party resources
Track and analyze recruiting metrics and report to business leadership on a regular cadence
Experience working with an ATS (we currently use Greenhouse)
Conducts candidate reference checks
Assists in the creation, posting, and updating of job descriptions
Work with the marketing team to create employer branded talent campaigns
Responsible for interview logistics and communications
Oversees administrative tasks related to recruiting
Oversees and improves upon candidate experience
A successful candidate has:

3+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions with an emphasis on mid to senior level software development and engineering roles across multiple business functions.
Ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously
Experience with Greenhouse, Rippling, or other forms of applicant tracking systems or CRMs
Self-driven and exceptional organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks.
High level of confidentiality
Results driven; someone who can effectively manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person
Deep understanding of recruiting operations and metrics
Curious and able to learn new technology and the industry, and then quickly understand and apply this knowledge into effective search strategies.
Persistent curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible about our business
Ability to think creatively and critically, and thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment
