Thesis is a digital media agency that services leading direct-to-consumer brands (e.g. Roman, Tonal, Everlane) through media buying, landing page and conversion rate optimization, and creative production and editing. Boiling that down: Thesis builds engaging web experiences and relatable ads for hyper-growth and scale of client companies. We continuously analyze the data to improve our marketing efforts. Thesis is based in Brooklyn, New York but this and all positions for Thesis are remote.
*Position Description: *
We’re currently looking for a Paid Search Professional who is excited to assist in the management of direct-response paid search campaigns for a small portfolio of Thesis clients.
- Help manage campaign set-up, activation, and daily client communication
- Drive the implementation and overall performance of paid search strategies
- Coordinate and assist in the management of projects with our creative, growth and CRO teams
- Assist on the Collection and analysis of data, hypothesize and execute tests to continuously improve performance
- Build reports to transparently collaborate with our clients
- Assist in client and partner communications through Slack, video calls, and emails
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment – strong ability to articulate and document analysis findings
- 1-3 years of full-time or internship experience working in Paid Search advertising, ideally within an agency/client environment
- Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Understanding of google and bing paid search ads and social ad platforms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Excel/Google Sheets
- Organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
