Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, skilled and experienced tech lead who shares our vision & values and wants to help us to make LEAP a thought-leading power within the Education Industry.

Our mission is to transform the European Higher Education sector. You will be the technology spearhead in our movement to fundamentally change the way of international student mobility and recruitment in Europe.

You will be directly working with the founders and experience first-hand the everyday life within an international start-up.

Responsibilities

· Plan, execute and oversee the company’s tech strategic plan, architecture and product roadmap

· Liaise daily with the founders, making executive decisions on the company's technological strategy throughout various platforms and technologies (backend, frontend, web, AI/ML, etc.)

· Hiring, on-boarding and managing the development team

· Managing technology budgets and product milestones

· Plan, create and implement AI and ML functionalities into the platform in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

· Development and implementation of the platform, test and QA

· Data Integration from various back-end services and databases

· Responsible for data security

Skills and Background (essential)

· Full-Stack Dev Experience: 5-10 years

· Relevant knowledge about digital solutions for B2C platforms and application integration

· Knowledge in Tech stack: React.js, Next.js, GraphQL, Hasura, PostgreSQL

· Superior English language skills

· Systems-Architecture

· Managerial and recruiting experience

Skills and Background (PLUS)

· CTO experience

· Growth Hacking Skills

· Abroad study, work or travel experience is a plus
