Social Media Manager

TabTrader BV. We are looking for a onsite social media manager to join our team. You must have 2-4 years experience in content management or social media management. This is not a remote job offer.

Responsibilities:

• Curate, write, schedule, and interact with social media posts.
• Oversee research, planning, calendaring, creative development, publishing, moderation, and reporting.
• Generate content ideas using search engine and social media research, as well as your own knowledge of the trading and crypto spaces.
• Own all TabTrader's social media channels, from planning and producing content to distributing and analyzing results
• Develop creative social campaigns to educate and increase engagement with our customers, including working with influencers
• Manage social channels around important company product announcements and issues
• Partner with Customer Experience team to create processes around customer service inquiries via social media
• Understand historical narratives in the crypto space and observe current industry events.
• Monitor crypto and traditional finance markets to identify engagement opportunities.
• Create instructional content to help clients understand why they should use TabTrader and how they can leverage it most effectively.
• Produce long form, deep analysis on the crypto markets in the right tone for the brand, and launch cross-channel campaigns to promote that content.
• Build partnerships with key brands and influencers in the trading and crypto spaces to get TabTrader in front of as many potential clients as possible

Requirements:

• English level Upper-Intermediate to Advanced.
• 2-4 year related experience.
