BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description
The FreshToWeb Business Development Representative will:
-- Identify opportunities to sell FreshToWeb digital marketing services to small to medium sized businesses, primarily in the New England territory.
-- Engage those opportunities primarily on the phone and by email to adequately explain the range and value of the services
-- Have the ability to size an opportunity, and to learn how to build a Scope of Work
-- Have the courage to learn how close an opportunity that reflects our work
Preferred skills:
Required: A demonstrable ability to:
-- Communicate using email and on the phone.
An elementary conversational knowledge of:
-- Website architecture, or an idea of what an effective website is
-- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) concepts
-- Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and their use
-- Using Sales tools to perform this function, including email. A elementary level understanding of a customer relations management (CRM) tool would be desirable.
-- Be coachable.
Compensation:
This role will be compensated by a generous commission on business closed. This role is not eligible for salary or benefits at this time. Specific compensation plan will be discussed.
