Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager from healthcare diagnostics space who would help us to grow and scale in India.
The person should possess excellent communication skills. Candidate should be versatile in technical skill set, and in addition to IT Infrastructure, database management & Digital platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Salary: 30K / Month + incentives

1. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
2. Interact closely with customers and doctors and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
5. Drafting formal emails, creating business proposals & agreements and conduct product and vendor evaluations.
6. Works closely with and manages strategic vendor partner relationships.
7. Participate in the formulation of the business system plans, assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.
8. Ensure operational activities remain on time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Salary: 30K / Month + incentives

1. B.Sc./BA in business administration or a related field.
2. Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Should have experience on IT Infrastructure, database management & Digital platform etc.
5. Exceptional people management skills, superlative planning and organizational skills.
6. Deep understanding of financial planning, accounting and forecasting prior Experience in the Healthcare industry.
