Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively manage a portfolio of schools once the activation phase is completed
The role requires taking ownership of the final leg of the customer journey i.e. retention, engagement and support
Effectively communicate application features and product information for new releases and facilitate their adoption
Set up processes to proactively address at-risk schools and contain the churn
Responsible for new product and feature push
Define and optimize KPIs, KRAs for the customer success team
Develop a high performing team that is aligned to impact
Desired candidate
4+ years of overall experience in creating and managing scalable processes
Experience in a leading Custome success team in a product company will be preferred
B.tech from the top 7 IITs or BITS is a must. MBA is good to have.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill is required
