Must be able to deal with rapidly shifting priorities and be willing to wear many hats.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional phone support and ensure calls are handled appropriately
Respond to support email inquiries directly or as delegated, and follow up to ensure complete resolution in a timely manner
Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on each customer's needs and requests
Provide technical support to clients as needed on iOS, Android, and PC/browser-based platforms
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative/client support
Extremely detail oriented
Self-motivated (work well under minimal supervision)
Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and complex situations
Excellent computer skills (Multiple web browsers, Outlook, DropBox, Google web apps such as GoogleDrive, MS Word, Excel) – there will be a brief technical screening component as part of the interview process
Familiar with Android and iOS mobile platforms
Comfortable with diverse responsibilities and multi-tasking
Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment
Open to direction, plus a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm M-F
