Nislo Research is part of the Nislo Consulting Group, Nislo Research has grown to be one of the major European Academic Writing providers in the field of Educational Consulting. We own two major academic consulting companies that provide services for over 550 clients.
Nislo Research has a team of 25 remote full-time employees along with more than 150 writers, and active researchers.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a very important role in the overall company success by overseeing the entire order lifecycle: taking new orders, gathering their requirements, supporting clients with their enquiries and making sure employees which manage the completion of the order are properly informed of the information relayed to you by the client. All of which require excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under time constraints and pressure while having great communication skills.
The Role
As an Academic Research Supervisor, your role will include:
- Liaise with other departments within the company as required in order to ensure accurate responses are provided.
- Ensure any required actions are quickly and accurately taken relating to the nature of the correspondence: returning cases to the client.
- Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, such as input of new order information and payment arrangement properly and accurately communicated to finance team
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, Chat, and email communication with customers and company supervisors who manage the order completion process

- You will be working in a fast growing company (7 new joinees just in the last 4 months due to our rapid growth in revenues), using the latest technology and with our in-house tech team. Our services are indispensable for the educational sector, which helps us acquire a very high place on the business scene.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:
Hold a bachelor degree with a decent graduation score
Have minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support
Be quick and efficient in nature
Experience in dealing with written correspondence
Attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure and when working to frequent tight deadlines
Accurate Data interpretation
Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)
Excellent English literary skills
